LAGOS WEST ANGLICAN DIOCESE SUPPORTS LASUTH

The Anglican Diocese of Lagos West yesterday donated tonnes of hospital consumables and other equipment to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital ((LASUTH) and the Federal Medical Centre, Ebutte-Metta. Speaking while making the donation at LASUTH, the delegation s first port of call, Dr. Olutoyin Okeowo who represented the Diocesan Bishop, The Rt. Revd. Olusola Odedeji, said it was in furtherance of the Diocese s resolve to support the hospital s delivery of healthcare to residents of the state and beyond, and the state s health care policy. He enjoined the tertiary health institutions to use the facilities for patients free of charge

COMMISSIONING OF 20 INDUSTIAL BORE HOLES ACROSS NIGERIA

The Rt Revd. Dr. James Olusola Odedeji commissioned twenty (20) industrial bore holes across Lagos State and some parts of Nigeria to mark the 20th Anniversary of the Diocese of Lagos West (Anglican Communion) on Monday, November 2019. It is also the launching of Christian Socio Responsibility (CSR) of the Diocese. LAGOS WEST BAILS OUT 6 HURSING MOTHERS

Diocese of Lagos West (Anglican Communion) bails out six nursing mothers trapped in Ilogbo Central Hospital, Ajangbadi, Lagos with five hundred and seven thousand naira. The women could not be discharged by the hospital weeks after they had been delivered of their babies because they could not afford the bill. The Diocesan Bishop, the Rt. Revd.
