DIOCESE OF LAGOS WEST DONATES MATERIALS AND MONEY TO SUPPORT THE BATTLE AGAINST CORONAVIRUS

The Lord Bishop of the Diocese of Lagos West (Anglican Communion), the Rt. Revd. Dr. James Olusola Odedeji had donated materials worth more than N5 million and undisclosed sum of money to support the fight against pandemic Corona virus in Lagos State. The materials were delivered to the Lagos State Ministry of Health on behalf of the Diocesan Bishop by the Dean of the Archbishop Vining Memorial Church Cathedral, GRA, Ikeja, the Venerable Adegoke Agara while the monetary donation was paid into the dedicated account for that purpose. The representative of the Lagos State Government commended the Diocese for the gifts and he added that the gifts came at a time most needed.
