The Lord Bishop of the Diocese of Lagos West, the Rt Revd Dr. James Olusola Odedeji announces the second edition of 4-Day Triumphant Convocation Crusade which comes up between Tuesday November 18 and Friday November 21, 2014 at the Diocesan Field besides the Archbishop Vining Memorial Church Cathedral, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, South West of Nigeria at 6:00pm daily. The theme of this great event is Moving Forward (Exodus 14:13). The Most Revd Edmund Akanya, the Archbishop of Kaduna Province and the Bishop of Kebbi Diocese will be ministering at the event.
The Diocese will also celebrate her 15th Anniversary along with the events on Thursday November 20, 2014 with a Holy Communion Service at 3:00pm in the Cathedral.
Triumphant Convocation is convocation of worshippers in the Diocese of Lagos West to seek the face of God in prayer and the Word of God for divine intervention in the affairs of their lives for signs and wonders. The maiden edition was filled with abundance of testimonies. The Diocesan, the Rt Revd James Olusola Odedeji, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, conceived the great event to lead the people to God in preparing them for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The maiden edition was observed between November 26 and 28, 2013.
This year promises to be awesome with the power of God through the Word, prophetic prayer, healing, deliverance, testimonies, songs ministration, Drama ministration and lot more. All parishioners across the length and breadth of the Diocese are expected to be there expectantly to receive from the Lord. Free transportation is available from all the churches to the venue.
